- Dondolo is able to accept returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased at www.dondolo.com only.
- If you need to submit an exchange or return for any reason, please follow these steps:
1. Please contact email@example.com and notify us of your return/exchange – items will not be accepted without a prior email notification.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition (inside plastic bags and tags attached) for a full refund within 14 days to the address below.
- NOTE: If items are received not in their original condition, you will be charged a $9 restocking fee.
3. Include a copy of your receipt for faster processing. Please indicate on your receipt if you would like a refund or exchange (if exchange, note the size you would like. Note, if we do not have the size you want - we will notify you and refund your credit card.)

Credit Card Returns: If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
NOTE: Please allow shipping time plus 7-14 days from the time your exchange/return is received to be processed.
Returns for Flawed Items
Dondolo must receive notice of flawed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will be happy to issue a return label and refund your card if we do not have a replacement in stock.
