Retail Sales Associate 

Dondolo is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate aims to provide a high-touch customer experience in a luxury retail setting. Friendly and engaging, this professional can articulate the features, specifics, and benefits of Dondolo merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the point person who identifies and advocates on behalf of new and repeat customers

  • Promote new customer growth while maintaining existing relationships

  • Engage customers and listen to their specific needs and desires to pinpoint the most relevant items

• Deliver outstanding client service at every encounter

• Stay up to date on each product, exhibiting thorough knowledge of every item

• Ensure the Boutique’s Visual Merchandising aligns with the brand direction and advertising campaigns

• Report to the retail manager on product sales based upon in-store customer feedback

• Promote a customer-centric culture of results-oriented performance

• Responsible for achieving monthly sales goals

• Conduct oneself as a Dondolo ambassador, promoting and maintaining the brand culture both internally and externally

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a similar position in luxury retail industry

• Solid understanding of the Luxury Fashion Industry and Luxury Clientele

• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills

• Assist the Boutique Manager with daily boutique activities, including store opening and closing procedures

• Availability to maintain a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to understand and apply all company policies and protocols
